Jennifer Lynne Roberts is a mixed media and collage artist based in Columbus, Ohio. She came to creating visual art later in life following a long love affair with the medium. Before taking the leap to create her own tactile compositions, she spent years engaging with art from a distance, writing about art and artists both as a professional playwright and an art writer.
 

As a self-taught artist, Jennifer brings a strong foundation in dramatic storytelling to her visual work. Her creative process and subject matter are deeply influenced by her lived experience with Bipolar II. She uses the layered nature of collage and mixed media to investigate shifting perspectives, channeling complex internal landscapes into rich, tangible external representations.
